Events.... Heritage Bus Running Day

half-hourly frequency service will operate from both Teignmouth and Dawlish
Warren, commencing at 09.30 and running until 16.30, observing all stops en
route. A
souvenir timetable and programme will be available on the day at a modest
price. A
selection of six A.E.C. Regents have been offered for the service, all
restored former Devon General examples and ranging from a 1949 Mark III to a
1965 Mark V. In addition, there will be a static display at Dawlish Warren
car park of past and present-day examples which have links with route 2, also
sales stands selling transport- related material. Running Day Sunday 30th
May 2010 Running day at Exmouth bus station 10:00 AM - 4:00
PM using restored Ex-Devon General
& Exeter City vehicles. |
